PRE-PROJECT EVALUATION
Pre-Project consultation. Review proposal(s) from service providers and site conditions. Provide feedback for scope of work completeness, industry standards, red flags, pricing feedback and set expectations.
MID-PROJECT EVALUATION
When applicable (usually done for medium to large renovations with multiple trades involved): Project consultation/Review work to ensure completeness before things get covered up and become out of sight.
POST-PROJECT EVALUATION:
Consult/Evaluate final product and provide feedback on workmanship and any issues that need to be addressed.
